If there is anything or question that you need assistance urgently, we suggest you contact any of our librarians at the service desk directly so that we can serve you in the first place.
If you have any questions or suggestions to the library, welcome to email us. We will reply you the handling status and progress as soon as possible. Thank you for your suggestions!

1. If your suggestions and complaints are not relevant with the business of the library, are repeated questions, or are provided with untrue information of the person who proposed the complaint, the library will not respond.
2. For cases of complaints, we suggest you provide information of the date, the time, the branch, and the reason. Please avoid malicious reporting or speech with political point of view and discrimination or violating good morals.
3. If it is an issue related to personal book borrowing and returning, to make it easy to inquire and solve the problem for you, please provide us your library card number or relevant information, like identity card number, contact telephone number, or email, to help us follow it up.
