Group library card application
To fully use the library collection resources, cultivate reading habits among the public, and create the atmosphere of shared reading, public and private groups, such as schools and communities that are registered in the City (except those who are engaging in rental books as profit-seeking businesses) are entitle to apply a group library card.
Please refer to “Group Library Card Application Notice” for the detailed methods of application and the rules of use.
Units that would like to apply can download the application form (odt version) to fill out and affix a seal before posting it to Miss Huang at Library Information Section, Cultural Affairs Bureau, Hsinchu City. Please remark GROUP LIBRARY CRAD APPLICATION on the envelope and attach a self-addressed envelope (make sure correct address is provided on the self-addressed envelope). Besides, you can also visit our branch and complete the application at the service desk in person.
