Introduction of “Digital Resources One Pass” service launched by Hsinchu City Public Library and National Library of Public Information
To expand the service scope of libraries, the service is a cooperation between the Cultural Affairs Bureau, Hsinchu City, and National Library of Public Information (hereinafter referred to as NLPI) for the implementation of public library “Digital Resources One Pass” service.
Patrons in the City can log in the personal bookstore in a library in the City to activate and join as patrons of One Pass for National Library of Public Information and become digital library card holders of NLPI.
The default password for patrons in Hsinchu City to activate National Library of Public Information is the 4 digits of the birth month and day.
For patrons in other cities and counties to activate Hsinchu City Public Library, the default password is the last 5 digits of the identity card number.
The digital library card may use the following services:

【National Library of Public Information- Online Audiovisual Media Center】
