Hsinchu City Public Library and Taoyuan City Library “One Pass Service Notice”
1. To expand the scope of service provided by libraries, Taoyuan City Library, Hsinchu City Cultural Affairs Bureau of Hsinchu City, and Cultural Affairs Bureau of Hsinchu County Government work together to launch the service of public library “One Pass” in order to realize the convenience of the common living circle.
2. Instructions of One Pass:
a. Patrons who are library card holders of any public library in Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, or Hsinchu County are entitled to check out books and materials from public libraries in Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, and Hsinchu County.
b. The number of books to be checked out from public libraries in Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, or Hsinchu County will be calculated separately.
3. Possession of library cards in Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City or Hsinchu County: Patrons who have a library card issued by any library can log in “personal bookstore” in the library to activate the service.
4. Applying a library card for the first time: It shall be handled according to the regulations established by each branch.
5. The service is only applicable to the personal library card issued by public libraries in Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County and Hsinchu City.
6. If there is any matter that is not specified in the notice, it will be handled according to the regulations published by the library.
