Methods: Patrons in the City can become s with a library card to National Library of Public Information after logging in the personal bookstore on our website to activate the service of One Pass provided by National Library of Public Information. Please refer to Library Rules- Hsinchu City Public Library and National Library of Public Information “Digital Resources One Pass” Service Introduction- Hsinchu City Public Library (hccg.gov.tw) for details.
Check-out instruction: Each patron is entitled to borrow eight books in total. Each electronic book can be on loan for fourteen days and can be automatically returned through the system after due. If no other patrons make a reservation for the book, it can be renewed once. The loan period will be calculated from the renewal day for fourteen days. In addition, patrons can reserve four books. The reservation will be retained for seven days.
